role in the post-Gulf war reconstruction work. Sh. Vajpayee briefed
the Amir on the international political and economic scenario. The

Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters and (iii) MoU for stablishment
of Indo-Kuwait Strategic onsultative Group. The Minister, as current
GCC President, also signed the GCC-India Framework Agreement on
Economic Cooperation.
