Requirements for New Passport with 10 years validity

  1. Duly filled application Form No.1.
  2. Two recent photograph (size 35mm X 45mm) with plain white background
  3. Original passport of the applicant.
  4. Photocopy of the Civil ID of the applicant.
  5. Applicant has to come in person.
