Bhavna Club celebrates Holi Holi, the popular festival of colours, was celebrated with much passion and gaiety by Bhavna Club members and their families on March 19, 2011. Children and adults enjoyed playing with dry
and wet colours and squirt guns, and danced to traditional Holi songs and music. They later partook of a community vegetarian lunch consisting of festive dishes that are traditionally prepared for Holi.
The Ambassador of India, HE Mr. Ajai Malhotra, noted that Holi is celebrated across India with tremendous joy and enthusiasm. It reaffirms universal brotherhood and breaks down barriers,
with everyone having fun and looking colourfully alike. Ambassador Malhotra extended warm greetings and good wishes for happiness and prosperity to all on the auspicious occasion of Holi.
