Indian Naval Ship ‘INS Betwa’ carried out joint exercise with the Kuwaiti Naval Ship ‘Garoh’ on August 18, 2007 during her departure from  Shuwaikh port.  The ships undertook a series of operational tasks including mail transfer, action against suspect fast moving boats and search and rescue operations by helicopter. ‘INS Betwa’ expressed satisfaction over the exercises undertaken.  She looked forward to more such interactions at sea with the Kuwaiti Navy.
